Solid Dosage Form Department

Pharmaceutical oral solid dosage forms (OSD) have been used widely for decades mainly due to their convenience of administration and their suitability for delivery of drugs. The most used pharmaceutical solid dosage forms include granules, tablets, and capsules. The capacity of our tablet production line is approximately 3 million blisters per year.

The second production line is a hard gelatin capsule filler, where the empty capsules are filled with powder or pellet. The capsule is then transferred to the packaging line.

Semi-Solid Dosage Form Department

Semi-solid products have been manufactured for many years for distribution as pharmaceutical drug products. Our production lines comply with the cGMP regulation with our capacity approximately 12 million tubes per year, including cream, ointment, and gel type products prepared in a totally automated station.

Analytical Lab

Our lab contains the most modern analytical devices such as HPLC, GC-FID, FTIR, and UV/VIS spectrophotometer to be used for the analysis of the raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.

Physical Lab

This lab is equipped with physical testing devices including tablet hardness testers, friability testers, viscometers, melting point analyzers, and several others to measure specific physical parameters crucial to manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Microbiological Lab

Microbiological Lab

All microbiological tests and analyses occur in this lab as it has special preparations in design and precautions. This lab is designed to ensure the products are free from any pathogens.

Stability Lab

Stability testing establishes the shelf life and recommended storage conditions of a finished pharmaceutical product as well as the retest periods for a drug substance. This is accomplished by studying influence of environmental factors, including temperature, humidity and light in special designed cabinets.
